Momentum, Meaning, and What’s Next – Reimagining the Operations IQ Platform

By Christopher Johnson, Co-CEO, TeleTracking

We announced our partnership with Palantir in June with a big bang — both inside TeleTracking and across the healthcare industry. People knew that something big was happening, but questioned: “What does this really mean?”

In the months since, I’ve seen that question answered in real time. What began as excitement around a shared vision and roadmap has evolved into genuine momentum and measurable progress. The partnership has created a fundamental shift in how we build our solutions, engage with our clients, and think about what’s possible.

From day one, the collaboration has been about more than just technology — it’s about uniting two very different, but highly complementary, areas of expertise. Palantir brings a highly flexible platform designed to tackle complex, data-driven challenges. TeleTracking, on the other hand, has always been rooted in purpose-built, highly effective solutions refined over three decades of working hand-in-hand with hospital partners. Merging those two worlds has been powerful.

And we’re moving fast. What used to take years to develop, we’re now able to do in months. Since July, we’ve gone from early concept to working software on the new platform — something unthinkable just last year. That rapid pace has allowed us to sit down with some of the largest healthcare organizations in the world and not just talk about innovation, but actually show it. Working prototypes, real data, new capabilities. That shift from “tell me” to “show me” has been transformative for how we present new solutions to our customers and what they believe is possible with TeleTracking.

One of the most exciting developments has been the success of our Innovation Workshops. These sessions bring together internal and client teams to rapidly co-create solutions using actual client data sets and true-to-life workflows. The difference is that we’re not starting from scratch — we’re building from decades of operational insight, informed by thousands of hospitals worldwide. The results have been energizing, with customers walking away saying, “This is a different TeleTracking.”

And they’re right — it is. This partnership has redefined how we engage with clients, how we build, and how we deliver value, at speed and scale. It has accelerated conversations and opened doors to entirely new types of collaboration. We’re not talking about making incremental changes to existing solutions, we’re talking about how we evolve, refine, and extend our capabilities into something yet unseen in the industry.

Saying that early this year, we’ll have new products ready for market, all built on this modern foundation would have sounded unthinkable last year but it is in fact part of our new reality. And that’s just the beginning.

Where we’re heading is even more inspiring: building on a foundation of trust and proven performance to deliver the next generation of intelligent healthcare operations. The partnership with Palantir hasn’t just accelerated our roadmap — it’s redefined what’s possible. And seeing how our long-time clients are responding, I couldn’t be more confident that we’re on the right path and can’t wait to show what’s next.
